Welcome to Re-exports (the "Store"), operated by TheFindLab LLC ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thefindlabs.com and any purchases you make through the Store. By accessing the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Availability

Products listed on the Store are fulfilled through third-party suppliers. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith but may contain occasional inaccuracies; we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at any time.

2. Orders and Payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and our third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice; the price charged is the price displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping and Fulfillment

Products ship directly from our suppliers, which may be located outside the United States. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page; these are estimates, not guarantees, and actual delivery times can vary based on supplier stock, customs processing, and carrier delays. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
