Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and handed off to our suppliers for fulfillment within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Delivery Estimates

Because products ship directly from third-party suppliers (which may include international warehouses), delivery times vary by product and are shown at checkout. As a general range, delivery typically takes 3-14 business days depending on the supplier and destination; some items may take longer during high-demand periods or customs processing. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email where available. Some suppliers may not provide real-time tracking for all shipping methods.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or customs authority at time of delivery.
